Our friendly allocations staff are available from 5:30am-11pm Monday to Sunday. Between the hours of 11:00pm and 5:30am our message service is available. However, for general enquiries, other than allocation, please call between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Alpha Link connects clients directly to our database.

Clients are able to:

• Book nurses/carers online
• Track the status of your booking
• Verify shift times
• Scan dockets
• Estimate the cost of each shift
• Generate a roster calendar
• Download reports
• Receive invoices online
• Verify invoices and reconciling of any invoice discrepancies
• Integration with various accounting systems e.g. MYOB
• Generate ABA files for online banking
