Home is where the heart is… so to improve quality of life issues and help loved ones, we provide in-home care to the elderly, or a child, or in fact for any situation that occurs where you feel that some health care personnel would be able to alleviate a problem or assist with providing a solution for you.

Over the last eleven years Alpha has had the opportunity to assist the wider family network in providing care for loved ones at home. This has either been as ‘relief care’ whilst the main carers have taken a break or as part of a multidisciplinary team in a home hospice situation. Over the years the need and the willingness to care for people at home has increased.

Families believe that the ‘quality of life’ issues would be enhanced if their loved ones remained at home. In response, Alpha established a separate division called ‘Alpha at Home’ to enhance that belief and assist as required. Once again we provide a personal approach, no need to fill out a form to get our attention because we are on the end of the line ready to listen and provide a solution to your needs.

Alpha is able to provide add on service to those companies who have existing HACC contracts and are in need of assistance to fulfil the needs of their clients.
