Our friendly allocations staff are available from 5:00am-11pm Monday to Friday & 5:30am – 11pm on the weekend. Between the hours of 11:00pm and 5:00am our message service is available.
However, for general enquiries, other than allocations, please call between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Existing Clients
We now have available our client on-line service called Alpha Link.

Alpha Link connects clients directly to our database.

Clients are able to:

• Book nurses/carers on-line
• Track the status of your booking
• Verify shift times
• View & download dockets
• Estimate the cost of each shift
• Generate a roster calendar
• Download reports
• Receive invoices on-line
• Verify invoices and reconciling of any invoice discrepancies
• Integration with various accounting systems e.g. MYOB
• Generate ABA files for on-line banking
• Receive on-line, email or SMS notifications.
